1. What do I do if I forgot my Thinkific login information?

If you forget your login info click on “forgot password?” and Thinkific will take you through the steps to reset your password.

2. Why are my courses not showing up on my ASHA transcript?

You will automatically receive a course completion certificate after completing a course post-test with at least 80% accuracy. If you use the ASHA registry, it will take approximately 8 weeks for the course to show up on your transcript. Self-Study courses are submitted to ASHA on a monthly basis; however, it may take up to 8 weeks for a course to show up on the ASHA registry.  Email [email protected] it is two months past the end of the month in which you completed a course  and it isn't showing up on your ASHA registry.

3. Do you offer discounts for current students who are not eligible for ASHA CEUs?

We offer a discount for students to complete the Introduction to FEES course. Email [email protected] for details.

4. How long to do I have to complete the self-study webinars?

You will have 1 year from the time you registered to complete your courses. Thinkific will send you reminders letting you know you have an unfinished course in your account. 

5. How long has Carolina Speech Pathology, LLC been an ASHA-Approved CEU provider?

Carolina Speech Pathology has been as ASHA-Approved CEU provider since 2014. We are honored to be able to provide SLPs with current, evidence-based learning opportunities. 

6.  What if I have a question or concern about a course?

Email [email protected] with any questions or concerns and you should receive a response within two business days. If a participant is not satisfied with a live or self-study course, a written explanation should be sent to [email protected] and we will offer a credit  for a different  self-study course of equal or lesser value of the course originally purchased.
