• Explain the various ways head and neck cancer patients can acquire trismus. 
• Define normal (WFL), mild, moderate, and severe trismus in terms of maximal jaw opening measurement. 
• Select appropriate assessments for patients who are suspected of having trismus with standardized assessment tools. 
• Determine appropriate active and passive jaw mobility therapy tools for trismus intervention based on the patient’s individual needs. 
• Implement exercise science-based techniques and counseling strategies to increased patient motivation, independence, and progress.

**REFUND POLICY**

If a course participant wishes to cancel prior to a course, submission in writing must be submitted 14 days prior to the course in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the course date.
